Job Summary
Part-time Interventional Radiology Technologist split between the IR and Cardiac Cath Lab, assisting radiologists/interventionalists, serving as scrub tech where appropriate, and ensuring safety and infection-control protocols. Follows radiation-safety guidelines, prepares supplies, sets up sterile fields, demonstrates knowledge of cross-sectional and vascular anatomy, documents in EMR, and works as part of a multidisciplinary team. Requires BLS, ARRT RT(R), and an active Indiana radiologic technologist license; 0-3 years experience; on-site role in Carmel, IN with two 12-hour day shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Active status as a Registered Technologist - Radiography (RT(R)) through ARRT
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association
- Indiana State Department of Health license as Radiologic Technologist (ISDH)
- 0-3 years of relevant experience
- May be required to obtain advanced credential in interventional radiography
