Interventional Radiology Technologist II

Perform diagnostic and interventional imaging procedures in a clinical setting by operating conventional, fluoroscopic, or radiology equipment to obtain images of designated body parts. Assist the physician with various diagnostic and interventional procedures by monitoring, passing instruments and catheters, observing patient response, maintaining a sterile field, and interpreting diagnostic data. Support the education, training, and quality improvement process while maintaining licensure as a Radiographer and holding ARRT certification. Requires 2 years of experience in interventional radiology or special procedures, a licensed radiographer status, and Basic Life Support certification. Day shift, full-time position at St John's Hospital in Springfield, IL, with a sign-on bonus up to $20,000.
