Job Summary
The Interventional Radiology technician performs Interventional Radiology Procedures and coordinates patient care in the designated Radiology area. Responsible for managing care for a diverse patient population, including inpatients, outpatients, and emergency room patients, ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics. Requires ARRT certification, CPR certification, and particularly a minimum of 1 year experience in an acute care setting. Knowledge of Human Anatomy and cross-section anatomy is essential.
