Job Summary
Casual as-needed Interventional Radiology Tech role at Children’s Wisconsin. Performs a variety of duties to prepare interventional and diagnostic procedures, including setup of interventional suite, operation of radiology equipment (fluoroscopy, Dyna CT, PeriVision, iGuide), and image quality optimization. Maintains sterile technique, adheres to radiation safety and isolation precautions, assists providers during procedures, and handles post-processing tasks (PACS, film identification, annotations). Participates in inventory and clerical duties and provides patient care across neonatal to adult populations. Requires an Associate’s degree in Radiologic Technology, ARRT Radiography certification, and BLS; Wisconsin Radiographer licensure is required. 1+ years Interventional Radiologic Technologist experience preferred. The position is casual/part-time with on-site duties in Milwaukee, WI.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology
- Physician order coordination and ability to work with interventional radiology equipment
- Licenses and Certifications: ARRT - Radiography, BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider; Wisconsin Licensure as Radiographer
- Experience: 1+ years Interventional Radiologic Technologist experience preferred
