Job Summary
Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care through outcome identification and evidence-based practice. Administer, monitor, and document therapeutic interventions and regimes while effectively managing rapidly changing situations. Collaborate extensively with the healthcare team, patients, and families to coordinate care, delegate tasks, and participate in clinical decision-making. Educate patients and families regarding disease processes, wellness, and safety issues. Maintain professional ethics, demonstrate standard precautions, and participate in performance improvement activities. Requires a valid NJ RN license and strong communication skills. Part-time, 1st shift.
Required Qualifications

- Demonstrates knowledge of nursing skills, hospital practices, procedures and standards
