Job Summary
Support surgical services through preoperative planning and postoperative complication management while delivering diagnostic and therapeutic interventions for Oncology, Nephrology, and Urology. Strengthen service lines by promoting minimally invasive procedural strategies and sustain operational efficiencies by improving length of stay and clinical outcomes. Perform a broad range of general radiology procedures using brand new imaging equipment in dedicated IR suites. This full-time, onsite position at UPMC Chautauqua offers day shifts Monday through Friday with no travel, call, or weekends. The role includes a $100,000 sign-on bonus, unlimited productivity incentives, and J1 sponsorship availability.
Required Qualifications
- MD/DO from an accredited medical school
- American Board Eligible, American Board Certified or Canadian Board Certified in Interventional Radiology
- strong proficiency in cross-sectional imaging
- the ability to perform a broad range of general radiology procedures
- Ability to obtain an unrestricted New York Medical License
- ability to obtain necessary credentials
- DEA certification
- A commitment to patient-centered care
- excellent interpersonal skills
