Job Summary
Conduct interventional radiology coverage at a hospital 15 minutes from Phoenix, AZ, performing 10-12 procedures daily with an annual volume of 10K+ cases. Read general diagnostic studies and execute required procedures including biopsies, drain placements, nephrostomies, embolizations, IVC filters, and biliary interventions. Work rotating call shifts with a standard 8a-5p schedule. Must be board-certified and use Powerscribe for dictation. Paid travel and expenses are provided. During time off, enjoy local activities including sports, entertainment, historic downtown exploration, and desert hiking.
Required Qualifications
- Must be board-certified
- Ability to perform general fluoro procedures
- Will read general diagnostic studies
- Required Procedures: Biopsy, drain placement, nephrostomy, gastrostomy, embolization, IVC filter, fistulogram with declot, biliary and venous interventions
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to perform general fluoro procedures is a plus
