Job Summary
Operate digital equipment and perform complex Neuro and Interventional invasive procedures by positioning patients and preparing contrast media for diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. Assist the physician in diagnosis and treatment of patients while working with chemotherapy agents, cements, and embolization agents. Requires comprehensive knowledge of anatomy and physiology. This position is 100% clinical and may require mandatory call as needed. Day shift with rotating on-call assignments. New hire signing bonus of $10,000. Join a state-of-the-art Neuroendovascular suite supporting elective neuro endovascular procedures and emergent thrombectomies.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited Radiography program
- State of Connecticut Radiographer license
- ARRT certification in Radiography
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Comprehensive knowledge of anatomy and physiology
- Willingness to train Radiologic Technologists in Interventional Radiology and Neuro
- 100% clinical work
- Mandatory call availability
