Interventional Radiologic Technologist - Radiology

Operate digital equipment and perform complex Neuro and Interventional invasive procedures by positioning patients and preparing contrast media for diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. Assist the physician in diagnosis and treatment of patients while working with chemotherapy agents, cements, and embolization agents. Requires comprehensive knowledge of anatomy and physiology, a state of Connecticut Radiographer license, ARRT certification in Radiography, and Basic Life Support. This 100% clinical role includes a rotating on-call requirement until 8pm; new hires are eligible for a $10,000 bonus. Located at Charlotte Hungerford Hospital in Torrington, Connecticut, this position supports Hartford HealthCare's regional health care resource for Litchfield County and Northwest Connecticut.
