Job Summary
Perform diagnostic and interventional procedures including angiography, venography, myelography, nephro-ureteral, and gastrointestinal studies, modality assisted drainage, and biopsies. Complete all post-processing functions, related record keeping, and patient care tasks while ensuring adherence to established protocols for adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations. Requires an accredited Radiologic Technology program graduate, ARDMS or ARRT certification, and BCLS. Schedule flexibility is available at Piedmont Athens Regional Hospital.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited AMA approved Radiologic Technology program or JRCERT-accredited hospital-based training program
- ARDMS or ARRT - Radiographer
- Registered by the American Registry of Radiological Technologists
- BCLS - Basic Life Support
