Job Summary
Interventional Pulmonary Physician needed to join the Pulmonary Division at South Shore University Hospital. Full-time role for BE/BC in pulmonary and interventional pulmonary; contribute to Northwell Health's Pulmonary, Critical Care, and Sleep Medicine Program with specialized centers in interventional pulmonology, pulmonary hypertension, and advanced lung disease. The Lung Institute supports prevention, diagnosis, treatment, research and education, and the team includes experts in lung transplantation, cystic fibrosis/non-CF bronchiectasis, asthma, and sleep medicine. Located at South Shore University Hospital in Bay Shore, NY, with a focus on high-quality patient care and clinical research. Required Qualifications
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Pulmonary and Interventional Pulmonary
- MD or equivalent medical degree
- Licensed to practice medicine in NY or eligible to obtain licensure in NY
- Excellent clinical and surgical/interventional skills in interventional pulmonology
- BE/BC in pulmonary and interventional pulmonary
