Interventional Psychiatric Technician

Job Summary

Deliver advanced interventional psychiatric and neuromodulation services including Deep Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (dTMS), Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT), and Ketamine-Assisted Therapy (KAT). Operate medical equipment, administer treatments under licensed supervision, and monitor client responses while documenting vital signs and outcomes. Build therapeutic relationships with clients, de-escalate crises, and facilitate group sessions to reinforce program structure. Coordinate scheduling, client preparation, and post-session integration, ensuring compliance with fasting requirements and dosage protocols. Serve as a liaison between PLUS Services, residential, and clinical teams to support case reviews, treatment planning, and continuity of care. Maintain accurate inventory, ensure regulatory compliance, and assist with insurance verification. Requires an Associate's or Bachelor's degree, experience in behavioral health, and ability to adapt to a dynamic clinical environment.

Desired Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Neuroscience, Health Science, or a related field preferred
  • Experience working in behavioral health and/or substance use treatment settings
  • Backgrounds such as CNA, EMT, Medical Assistant, Behavioral Health Technician, or Psychiatric Technician are strongly considered
  • Experience supporting multidisciplinary clinical teams preferred
  • Ability to work and communicate effectively with diverse populations
  • Adaptable, flexible, and able to manage change in a dynamic clinical environment
  • Willingness to address conflict appropriately and professionally
  • Strong technical aptitude and comfort working with medical devices
  • Experience with EHR platforms (e.g., KIPU) strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain professional boundaries and ethical standards
