Job Summary
Interventional Pain Management Physician sought for outpatient practice in Fort Myers, FL. Provides comprehensive interventional pain management, spine and neurological care with a Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 AM–5:00 PM), seeing about 20 patients per day. Procedures include cervical/thoracic/lumbar epidural injections, facet injections, medial branch blocks, SI joint injections, radiofrequency ablations, spinal cord stimulator trials/implants, dorsal root ganglion stimulation, intrathecal pain pump trials/implants, MILD, sacroiliac joint fusion, basivertebral nerve ablation. No nights or weekends. Opportunities for leadership growth; multiple Florida locations with potential travel. Requires MD/DO, Florida license, BLS/ACLS, and interventional pain procedure experience. Competitive compensation includes $350k base plus 40% collections after $800k during year one, with sign-on, 401(k) match, benefits, PTO, CME, and malpractice insurance. Required Qualifications
- MD or DO
- Fellowship Training in Pain Management, Interventional Spine, or Related Specialty Preferred
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology, PM&R, Neurology, Pain Medicine, or Related Specialty
- Active Florida Medical License (or ability to obtain)
- Active DEA Registration
- BLS and ACLS Certification
- Leadership Experience Preferred
- Experience with Interventional Pain Procedures
