Job Summary
Interventional Pain Management Physician needed for outpatient practice in Jacksonville, FL. Full-time role with Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule. Responsibilities include evaluating, diagnosing, and treating acute and chronic pain conditions; developing individualized treatment plans; collaborating with multidisciplinary teams; maintaining EMR documentation in EClinicalWorks; performing procedures such as cervical/thoracic/lumbar epidural steroid injections, facet joint injections, medial branch blocks, sacroiliac joint injections, radiofrequency ablations, spinal cord stimulator trials and implants, dorsal root ganglion stimulation, intrathecal pain pump trials/implants, MILD procedures, sacroiliac joint fusion, and basivertebral nerve ablation. No night or weekend requirements with minimal or no call; potential to grow into a leadership role. Qualifications include MD/DO, fellowship in pain/interventional spine or related field preferred, board certification/eligibility in anesthesiology/PM&R/neurology/pain medicine, active Florida license and DEA, BLS/ACLS, and experience with interventional pain procedures. Required Qualifications
- MD or DO
- Fellowship Training in Pain Management, Interventional Spine, or Related Specialty Preferred
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology, PM&R, Neurology, Pain Medicine, or Related Specialty
- Active Florida Medical License (or ability to obtain)
- Active DEA Registration
- BLS and ACLS Certification
- Leadership Experience Preferred
- Experience with Interventional Pain Procedures
