Job Summary
Partner opportunity in Radiology within a physician-owned multi-specialty group. Radiologists will participate in a shared governance model with a 1-year shareholder track, aiming for a healthy work-life balance, hybrid schedule (1 week onsite out of 3), and strong collaboration. Competitive base compensation in the $550k-$650k range plus potential to reach a total cash compensation of $600k-$950k through productivity bonuses, sign-on, loan repayment assistance, and relocation benefits. Qualified candidates must be MD or DO, be board eligible or board certified (ABMS or AOA), and hold Illinois licensure or be eligible to obtain licensure in Illinois. Eligible for partnership with ASC ownership and comprehensive benefits including relocation, 401k with match, profit sharing, CME allowance, and paid licensure/certification renewals.
