Job Summary
Interventional Dry Eye Representative in Pittsburgh leads strategic, sales-focused plans to grow TearCare in the assigned territory. Responsibilities include managing the sales process from cold calls to demonstrations and closing, conducting in-office product evaluations, building relationships with potential and existing customers, negotiating pricing to maximize value, leveraging TearCare clinical data in interactions with eye care professionals, maintaining CRM data and forecasts, implementing marketing plans, conducting quarterly business reviews, supporting market access initiatives, attending conferences, staying current on dry eye technologies, ensuring regulatory compliance with QSR/ISO13485 standards, and coaching Sales Representatives. Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 8+ years in medical device sales with ophthalmology/optometry experience preferred; strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and territory management skills are essential. Travel up to 20-40% with significant in-person customer interaction, and a hybrid remote work arrangement is indicated.
