Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 8+ years in medical device sales with ophthalmology/optometry experience preferred; strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and territory management skills are essential. Travel up to 20-40% with significant in-person customer interaction, and a hybrid remote work arrangement is indicated.
