Job Summary
Perform direct patient care activities under the direction of the Cardiac Cath Lab / EP Registered Nurse during diagnostic, therapeutic, and interventional procedures. Maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe environment in assigned procedure rooms while performing required Cath Lab specific documentation. Assemble, disassemble, and operate specialty equipment to support complex structural heart disease and advanced heart failure interventions. Complete the 12-week Computer Based Cath Lab Orientation module to become registry ready. Work day shifts in a physician-led institute offering competitive bonuses and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Current Washington State Radiologic Technologist Certification
- Current AHA, BLS and ACLS CPR certifications
- RCIS or commitment to obtain RCIS within 6 months of employment
- Cardiac Interventional Radiography certification or commitment to obtain within 2 years of employment
- Minimum of 1+ year applicable experience
Desired Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in second year of an Invasive Cardiovascular Specialist program or Radiologic Technologist program
