Job Summary
Board-certified/board-eligible Interventional Cardiologist sought to join Geisinger Heart and Vascular Institute. Focus on coronary interventions including PCI, STEMI care, atherectomy, and shockwave therapy with a robust structural heart program (TAVR) and percutaneous mechanical circulatory support (ECMO) in the cath lab. The role supports practice across Geisinger Community Medical Center and affiliated sites, collaborating with cardiology, cardiac surgery, heart failure, EMS, nursing, and rehab teams. The candidate will participate in clinical care, education, and outcomes research within a system recognized for heart attack center capabilities and Mission Lifeline partnerships.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (MD/DO)
- Licensed Medical Doctor - State of Pennsylvania
- Experience in percutaneous coronary interventions; STEMI care; structural heart disease program including TAVR
