Interventional Cardiology Physician

Interventional Cardiology Physician role at Geisinger's Heart and Vascular Institute seeking board certified/board eligible Interventional Cardiologists with focus on coronary interventions (PCI) including CHIP to join Geisinger Community Medical Center in Scranton, PA. The candidate should be early to mid-career with experience in percutaneous coronary interventions. The scope includes STEMI care, PCI, atherectomy, shockwave therapy, and a robust structural heart program including TAVR, with capability to insert mechanical circulatory support devices including ECMO percutaneously in the cath lab. Geisinger has multiple centers (GMC Scranton; Danville; Wilkes-Barre; State College; JWCH) and a comprehensive team, with ongoing outcomes and population-based research, CME offerings, and a strong emphasis on care coordination and interdisciplinary collaboration.
