Interventional Cardiologist

Job Summary
Perform interventional cardiology procedures including angioplasty, stenting, and permanent pacemaker implantation while evaluating and managing patients with complex cardiovascular conditions. Cover hospital rounds, consultations, and outpatient clinic duties alongside 1:3 on-call rotations for emergency care. Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with hospital policies. Utilize state-of-the-art GE Cath Lab technology for diagnostic imaging and physiologic assessment. Join a multidisciplinary team at UNC Health Pardee to contribute to department growth and participate in ongoing research initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Medical degree from an accredited institution
- Board certification in Cardiology and Interventional Cardiology
- Valid medical license to practice in the state of North Carolina
- Proven experience in performing complex interventional procedures
- Strong commitment to patient care and safety
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Growth minded
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
