Job Summary
Interventional Cardiologist opportunity with the Phoenix VA Health Care System in Tolleson, AZ. Primary duties include cardiovascular interventional procedures within a VA research-enriched environment, involvement in VA-led research such as the Million Veterans Program, and collaboration with the University of Arizona and Dignity Health. Requires MD/DO, an unrestricted U.S. license, U.S. Citizenship, and board certification; role is a full-time position with a Monday–Friday schedule and opportunities for moonlighting under VA policies.
Required Qualifications
- Degree of Doctor of Medicine or equivalent in medicine/osteopathic medicine
- 1 full and unrestricted license from any U.S. State or territory
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Board-certification (must be board-certified to receive CME days off)
- Subject to background/security investigation
