Interventional Cardiologist sought for Mason City Clinic, Mason City, IA. Role includes participation in a busy cardiology practice with 1:3 on-call rotation (+ per diem and fellowship call options), involvement across inpatient, outpatient, and diagnostic services, and active participation in a growing structural heart program (TAVR, LAAO/Watchman) with collaboration across cardiac surgery, imaging, anesthesia, and a dedicated cardiac team. Responsibilities cover non-invasive, invasive, and interventional cardiology, including transesophageal echocardiograms (TEE) and cardioversions; supported by a multi-disciplinary team within a teaching hospital setting with opportunities for outreach to regional hospitals and a cardiology fellowship program. Required Qualifications
- BC/BE Interventional Cardiologist
- Graduate of medical/osteopathic medical school
- Board certified or board eligible within required timeframe
- Licensed or eligible for State of Iowa physician license
- Iowa Controlled Substance Certificate and Federal DEA Certificate
- Ability to obtain Mercy North Iowa medical staff privileges
