Job Summary
Evaluate and treat patients with high-level diagnostic precision, manage patient discharge and care transitions with multidisciplinary teams, and deliver expert medical services in assigned areas. Join an established team of cardiologists and APPs within a busy, well-respected practice supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network. The role includes participation in robust clinical research programs in advanced heart failure, pulmonary hypertension, and critical care. This employed position offers long-term practice stability within a physician-led, collaborative culture at a leading tertiary referral center and Level One trauma center.
Required Qualifications
- Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Indiana Medical Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO)
- Eligible for Indiana state medical licensure
- DEA registration
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiology
- H1-B Visa Eligible
