Job Summary
Conduct coronary angioplasty, stent implantation (drug-eluting and bioresorbable), and complex PCI procedures while managing pacemaker and ICD implantation, device programming, and follow-up. Interpret cardiac catheterization, angiography, echocardiography, and TMT data to support clinical decision-making in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Maintain patient safety, adhere to hospital protocols, and ensure ethical practice with a focus on outcomes. Requires 5+ years of post-qualification experience in a tertiary care center, MBBS with MD/DM in Cardiology, and valid NMC registration.
Required Qualifications
- MBBS degree with MD/DM in Cardiology (Interventional Cardiology) from a recognized medical institution
- Minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in interventional cardiology, preferably in a tertiary care or high-volume cardiac center
- Proven expertise in performing coronary angioplasty, stent implantation (drug-eluting and bioresorbable), and complex PCI procedures
- Demonstrated proficiency in pacemaker and ICD implantation, including device programming and follow-up management
- Strong experience in cardiac catheterization, angiography, echocardiography, and TMT interpretation
- Valid medical registration with the National Medical Commission (NMC) and any required state-specific licenses
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with a strong focus on patient safety and outcomes
- Commitment to ethical practice, continuous learning, and adherence to hospital protocols and regulatory standards
