Job Summary
Interventional Account Manager leads regional sales activity within a defined geography, developing long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders, expanding sales and brand loyalty, guiding territory demand generation with Marketing, and providing clinical support to doctors and nurses. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Science/Pharmacy/Nursing, 3+ years of sales experience (2+ years in medical devices), and strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills to drive growth in Peripheral, Oncology, or Coronary Interventions. The position emphasizes team collaboration, results-driven performance, and the ability to manage key accounts and business activity across the assigned territory.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Science/ Pharmacy/ Nursing
- At least 3 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in the Medical Device industry
- Experience in Peripheral, Oncology, Coronary Interventions would be added advantage
- Results oriented with a sense of urgency
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Strong influencing skills
- Demonstrated positive communication, writing and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, reliable and resourceful
