Job Summary
Intervention Teacher for Reading at Latonia Elementary School (K-5). Responsibilities include meeting and instructing assigned classes at designated times, planning targeted reading interventions, collecting and analyzing student data to adjust each student's plan, conducting interventions in reading and math, assisting teachers with testing and data entry, training and coaching teachers on interventions and assessment, preparing for RTI meetings in reading and math, maintaining accurate records and confidentiality, supporting school policies, and planning supervised assignments for teacher aides and volunteers while pursuing ongoing professional development. Requires a bachelor's degree and Kentucky certification; preferred 5 years of teaching experience. Salary based on rank and experience; 185-day contract.
