Job Summary
Intervention Specialist needed to develop and implement IEPs to support students with disabilities, provide differentiated instruction in various settings, adapt lesson plans and curricula to diverse needs, monitor progress with data-driven decisions, collaborate with teachers/therapists, participate in IEP meetings, maintain records per ODE/IDEA, and implement behavioral intervention plans to promote student engagement. Requires a Bachelor's or Master’s in Special Education and an ODE Intervention Specialist License (Mild/Moderate or Moderate/Intensive); Cleveland, OH-based with contract terms up to 40 hours per week.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Special Education from an accredited program
- Ohio Department of Education (ODE) Intervention Specialist License (Mild/Moderate or Moderate/Intensive)
- Experience with IEP development and implementation
- Fingerprint Clearance & Background Check required
