Intervention Specialist (Preschool)

Preschool Intervention Specialist role delivering IEP-driven supports for 16 students in the morning and 16 in the afternoon, 8:00am-4:00pm. Responsibilities include developing and implementing IEPs, providing differentiated instruction in one-on-one, small group, and inclusive classrooms, adapting lesson plans and curricula, monitoring progress with data-driven decisions, collaborating with general education teachers, therapists, and support staff, participating in IEP meetings, student evaluations, and conferences, maintaining documentation per ODE/IDEA, and implementing BIPs and classroom management strategies. Requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Special Education and an ODE Intervention Specialist License (Mild/Moderate or Moderate/Intensive); fingerprint clearance.
