Job Summary
Create and execute Individualized Education Plans (IEP) for students in your care, preparing detailed lesson plans for administrator approval. Communicate with staff and families regarding student progress, participate in scheduled IEP meetings, and invite family members to review educational updates. Use individualized reinforcement techniques to keep students on track while conferring with on-site therapists on disciplinary and behavioral issues. Maintain a safe, productive classroom environment and distribute quarterly progress reports. Requires an Ohio Teacher License and Bachelor's degree.
Required Qualifications
