Job Summary
Conduct direct behavior therapy and active treatment programming for individuals and groups, including proactive strategies and crisis intervention. Provide information on assessments to all disciplines, input intervention plans, and monitor their implementation while offering feedback. Facilitate daily activity schedules, maintain orderly unit supplies, and collect data on observable patient behavior. Assist with floor coverage, special projects, and unit duties as necessary. Requires 10-hour shifts, four times weekly, with infrequent overtime.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED/equivalent
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience in human services
- Basic Life Support (BLS) accredited by the American Heart Association (AHA)
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Service field
