Job Summary
Lead facilitator for domestic violence groups in a community corrections setting; develop and deliver evidence-based group sessions, train coworkers after curriculum training, manage referrals, document sessions and progress in CSI/CSSD data systems, and maintain client confidentiality while supporting individualized service plans. The role requires coordinating monthly supervision, completing pre-trial and probation reports, and participating in quality assurance and ongoing trainings (including MI and group facilitation).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree plus (1) year experience in domestic violence training and one year in experience in domestic violence group facilitation
