Job Summary
Intervention Specialist needed in Holiday, FL to support elementary/middle schools with academic and behavioral problem solving at supplemental and intensive intervention levels. Responsibilities include collaboration with schools to address student learning needs across Math, Science, and English Language Arts for grades 6-8, leveraging differentiated instructional strategies, data-driven progress monitoring, and multi-disciplinary coordination. Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Education (or related field), at least three years of relevant experience, and a valid Florida Educator’s Certificate. Full-time, 196 instructional days, with benefits; background screening per Florida requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution in Education, or related field
- Minimum of three years’ experience in the area of assignment
- Valid Florida Educator’s Certificate
- Any equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential duties and responsibilities
