Job Summary
Confirm client and interpreter assignments to meet fill rate goals and deliver outstanding customer service. Organize daily workflows to ensure interpreting delivery deadlines are met while maintaining an up-to-date supplier database. Collaborate with recruiters to prioritize linguist recruitment and work with leadership to schedule resources for forecasted languages. Facilitate escalated risk resolution, lead data analysis for continuous improvement, and document procedures to increase team productivity. Actively participate in daily huddles and support the training team to enhance client satisfaction and linguist loyalty.
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of related work experience
- at least 1 year of linguistic industry experience
- Experience in schedule management (1 year)
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Strong organizational, prioritization and project management skills
- Exceptional note taking skills coupled with extreme attention to detail
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently, multi-tasker and a resilient planner
- Ability to work independently but also as a team player
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
- Ability to develop effective relationships with diverse group of linguists
- Quick learner and effective negotiator
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including; Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment sitting in front a computer for prolonged periods
- Ability to multi-tasking while interacting on the phone or other electronic devices
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual
- Progressive experience in any service organizations (3-5 years)
