Job Summary

Performs imaging procedures with advanced OR-oriented capabilities, operating imaging equipment such as C-arm and O-arm surgical navigation systems to support procedural work. Responsibilities include reviewing orders, educating patients about procedures, preparing and administering contrast within scope, monitoring patient condition, selecting exposure factors, implementing safety and quality control procedures, adjusting positioning to optimize image quality, transmitting images, and potentially working with Radiology students. Requires ARRT registration, state licensure if required, and at least two years of OR or procedural navigation experience; on-site role with no remote option. Supports a fast-paced radiology environment and adheres to organizational policies and mission.

Required Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program
  • Registered as a Radiologic Technologist (RT) by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
  • Specialty ARRT certification(s) if required for position
  • State licensure if required by law
  • Two years of experience to include OR or procedural navigation duties
  • BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date
