Job Summary
Support the Talent Acquisition team with Interview Coordination, Candidate Management, and Job Postings. Assist in creating and publishing job advertisements, maintain the ATS (SmartRecruiters) and user management for recruiting tools, and help organize campus and university marketing activities and career events. Contribute to various HR projects and ensure effective communication with candidates. Requires enrollment at a university/college, availability for the internship or working-student period, excellent English (German is a plus), and a proactive, organized approach with strong professional communication. Be part of a fast-growing fintech startup in Europe with an office in Munich, and gain exposure to international, diverse teams while learning through in-house knowledge sharing sessions. Remuneration for mandatory internships is provided.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled at a university or college
- Available for at least 4 months for the Internship or at least one more year remaining for the Working Student role
- Excellent English (C1); German is a plus
- Strong organizational, communication, and data-handling skills
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as SmartRecruiters is a plus
