Job Summary
Internship or working student position in ZEISS R&D focusing on medical soft-body simulation; collaborate with scientists on applied research and prototyping; develop computational modeling methods and geometry processing skills; programming in Python with C++ as a plus; experience with simulation software such as Ansys, COMSOL, or Abaqus is nice-to-have; project or coursework in biomechanical modeling, soft-body, or surgical simulation is beneficial. The role requires enrollment in a Master’s program in Biomedical Engineering, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field; duration at least four months with potential to continue as a working student for up to two years.
