Internship: Supply Chain Planning Digitalisation, Belgium – 2026

Work closely with the Planning product teams on improvement initiatives to automate the building of Supply Plans, Inventory projections, end-to-end lead time, and write-off analysis, supporting data-driven decision making. Establish Gen AI guidelines and use cases to encourage wider adoption among teams. Create and maintain digital solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) to improve data visualization, decision-making, and KPI monitoring; automate repetitive tasks to increase efficiency and reduce errors. Analyze supply chain processes, propose improvements to optimize workflow and reduce bottlenecks, and digitalize processes to enhance data accessibility. Manage projects independently under supervision, organize meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze needs, develop tools, and train users affected by changes. Fluent English, strong problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with a keen interest in supply chain and digital tools. Expected duration is 4 months minimum, hybrid attendance required 2 times a week, and the internship is unpaid with possible reimbursement according to Belgian law. The role is located in Belgium (Wavre) and targets students enrolled in relevant master programs. A mandatory internship agreement between the student, educational establishment, and GSK is required.
