Internship Supply Chain E-Commerce

Internship in Supply Chain E-Commerce: enhance understanding of the supply chain’s role in an international eCommerce environment and develop communication skills within a complex matrix organization. Key activities include KPI reporting (daily/weekly/monthly), overseeing order flow from payments to returns by coordinating with warehouses, IT, and local supply chain reps, and day-to-day escalation management of Consumer care with risk reporting when needed. The role is based at JDE Peet’s headquarters in Utrecht, with 4 in-office days and 1 remote day, for 5–6 months. Requirements include enrollment in a Dutch university, residency in the Netherlands for the duration, fluent English, and strong MS Office skills. Start date is flexible (ideally asap or January). Offered €525/month allowance, plus travel compensation; part of a global Coffee & Tea company with DE&I commitments.
