Conduct daily guest service operations and support team members in delivering memorable experiences across Accor's diverse portfolio of 5,600 hotels and restaurants. Assist with event management tasks and uphold the Heartist® standard of responsible hospitality while collaborating in a fast-paced environment. Maintain strong interpersonal communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction and foster a supportive culture for personal growth. Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a diploma / degree in Hotel Management/Tourism Management/Event Management/Hospitality Management/Culinary Arts or any other related courses
