Job Summary
Internship in Strategy & Business Development within FINN's Fleet Department. Reports to senior leaders and centers on driving strategic initiatives, KPI reporting, OEM negotiations support, data-driven value creation, and process optimization. Responsibilities include leading high-priority cross-departmental projects from day one, preparing executive materials for OEM partner meetings, analyzing fleet and customer data with AI tools to craft compelling insights, and challenging status quo to improve efficiency. Qualifications emphasize pursuing a degree in a related field, prior experience in automotive strategy or fast-paced environments, strong problem-solving and data-analysis skills, and fluency in German and English. Location is Munich with an open-endend internship of 4 to 6 months and an offered fixed monthly salary of 2,500€.
Required Qualifications
- Pursuing a degree in business administration, finance, economics, industrial engineering, or a related field
- Previous experience in automotive strategy, consulting, startups, or another fast-paced environment
- Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and manage multiple projects
- Strong problem-solving skills and creative approaches
- Proficiency in data analysis and translating insights into actionable strategies
- Genuine interest in the mobility industry and awareness of industry trends
- Fluency in German and English
- Available for an internship of 4 to 6 months
