Job Summary
Support internal and external communication activities at a pharmaceutical manufacturing site by engaging employees and key stakeholders through compliant, well-crafted communications. Create engaging internal collaterals such as Workvivo posts, posters, digital signage, and videos highlighting site updates and manufacturing processes. Produce event logistics and visit programs for townhalls and leadership engagements, collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather stories and data. Maintain internal communication channels, ensure content accuracy, and support measurement and reporting to improve future campaigns. This January to June 2027 internship offers on-the-job learning in a global biopharma environment focused on preventing and treating disease.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
- Must be enrolled at a SG university for the duration of your internship
- Doing a full-time credit-bearing internship
- Written and spoken fluency in English
- Lively interest in internal communications and the biopharma industry
- Strong proficiency in writing and editing skills in English
- Ability to adapt tone for different audiences
- Comfortable working with PowerPoint
- Comfortable working with Word
- Comfortable working with basic design/visual tools
- Comfortable working with video editing tools
- Highly organized
- Strong attention to detail
- Interest in process and compliance
- Proactive
