Job Summary
The Sales Excellence Academy internship at Evernex trains you in structured sales through assessments, simulations, coaching, and methodologies while gaining hands-on experience: generating leads, engaging prospects, scheduling and leading sales meetings, and updating customer data in Salesforce CRM. You will prospect and identify market and customer needs, collaborate with the internal sales team on assigned countries, and share feedback with account teams through the CRM to maintain sales progression data. Requires recent graduates with a relevant bachelor's degree, strong interest in IT solutions selling, excellent communication and analytical/presentation skills, fluency in English and French, and an entrepreneurial, self-starting mindset. Location for this role is Casablanca, Morocco, and is an in-person internship.
Required Qualifications
- Freshly graduate with a bachelor's degree in business administration/management, Sales, Marketing, and Information Technology
- Strong desire and business acumen for IT solutions selling
- Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical and presentation skills
- Fluent in English and French
- Entrepreneurial spirit and be a self-starter
