Job Summary
Internship in Sales and Business Development supporting Philips Ambulatory Monitoring & Diagnostics across Europe. Responsibilities include helping identify commercial opportunities, following up with customers, supporting upsell and cross-sell activities, assisting with lead generation (customer segmentation, opportunity mapping, pipeline follow-up), preparing customer and market insights to inform sales focus, supporting marketing and sales campaigns, and collaborating with sales managers across countries to provide visibility on commercial progress and support local execution. The role offers exposure to international sales, marketing execution, customer engagement, and data-driven decision-making in a fast-growing healthcare technology environment. Candidates are pursuing a Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Healthcare Management, or related fields, with strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Power BI, CRM systems, or sales dashboards a plus), good English, and Dutch language skills preferred. The role emphasizes strong communication and organizational abilities and interest in healthcare technology, medical devices, digital health, or patient monitoring. We work with in-person involvement at least 3 days per week; onsite in Amsterdam with a monthly allowance and housing/travel compensation detailed in the offer.
