Job Summary
Support case managers and direct-care staff in providing stabilization services to adults with severe mental illness within a residential crisis setting. Facilitate therapeutic groups, assist with treatment planning, crisis intervention, and discharge planning while engaging directly with individuals receiving psychiatric stabilization services. Manage your own schedule, seek independent learning opportunities, and demonstrate adaptability and compassion when working with clients in crisis. Complete 120 hours of fieldwork over 16-24 hours per week, with a flexible start date depending on your semester at Towson University.

- Majoring in psychology or a similar human services pathway
