Job Summary
Conduct real estate valuations, profitability analyses, and location market property assessments while supporting project developments and architectural competitions. Perform on-site property evaluations, develop strategic concepts, and prepare comprehensive reports and presentations. Assist with project administration and coordination in collaboration with partners and project teams. This internship provides in-depth insights into real estate consulting, valuation, and advisory within a motivated interdisciplinary team combining architecture, economics, and civil engineering perspectives.
Required Qualifications
- A completed bachelor's degree
- Currently enrolled in a master's program
- Major in Architecture
- Major in Civil Engineering
- Major in Economics
- Major in a related discipline
- Native French speaker
- Business-fluent English (spoken and written)
- Strategic and creative thinker
- Flair for numbers and data

- Strong proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent communication skills
