INTERNSHIP - Project Management

Internship in Project Management within ING Luxembourg's OCDR Sourcing department for 6 months or more starting July 2026. The intern will support the Sourcing Project Managers in day-to-day duties including project definition and support, stakeholder coordination (internal and external to ING), facilitating workshops with numerous stakeholders, design of deliverables (risk assessment, project committee presentation, go/no go), and follow-up of outsourced services control actions. Additional contributions may include BCM, DORA, and new regulations, updating registers and Bank terms and conditions. The role requires a Master’s degree and proficiency in MS Office, with professional-level French and English, and aims to develop skills in project management within a banking environment.
