Job Summary
Interns in the Advisory Capital Projects Management Program at PwC will provide strategic advice and support for capital projects and large-scale construction management, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Required qualifications include being a final year student or fresh graduate from relevant fields with strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Required Qualifications
- Final year students with no classes left
- Fresh graduates from Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering (Civil/Environmental) or related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and develop actionable insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
Desired Qualifications
- Prior Internship / Project experience in developing business cases
- GPA above 3.0 out of 4.0 from top public and private universities
- Fluency in both verbal and written Bahasa Indonesia & English
- Proactive approach to staying informed about industry trends and best practices
