Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive, recovery-oriented outpatient services for adults, children, and families across Lake City Way, Northgate, and school-based settings. Deliver individual, group, and family therapy; manage case studies, medication regimens, and psychiatric evaluations. Provide crisis stabilization, advocacy, and parent support while collaborating with medical providers, DCYF, and community organizations to address health equity and social determinants of health. Shadow clinicians to develop counseling skills and participate in program evaluations targeting co-occurring disorders, trauma, and behavioral management. Maintain a stable schedule of 20-24 hours weekly with pre-approved time off, committing to a six-month minimum term.
Required Qualifications
- Applicants must be currently in school program (Bachelor or Master Level)
- Six-month minimum commitment
- Minimum 20-24 hours per week with a stable and reliable schedule
- School vacations are not considered placement holidays
- All time off must be pre-approved by the supervisor
