Job Summary
Shadow clinicians and observe diverse community mental health services across Bel-Red, Redmond, and Snoqualmie locations. Engage in individual, group, and family counseling, case management, and medication management for adults, children, and families addressing depression, anxiety, and trauma. Work within a multi-disciplinary team supporting clients with serious mental illness, disabilities, and co-occurring disorders through evidence-based, recovery-oriented care. Gain hands-on experience in crisis stabilization, advocacy, and strengths-based interventions in outpatient, school, and community settings. Commit four quarters with a minimum of 20 hours weekly; pre-approve all time off with your supervisor.
Required Qualifications
- currently in graduate school program (Master Level)
- Four quarter or two semester minimum commitment
- Minimum 20-24 hours per week with a stable and reliable schedule
- School vacations are not considered placement holidays
- all time off must be pre-approved by the supervisor
