Internship Process Engineering & Data Analytics for Advanced Power Systems (m/f/d)

Internship bridging process engineering and data science to analyze operational data and develop tools to improve process efficiency. Translate engineering challenges into digital solutions, gaining exposure to mechanical engineering, data systems, and real-world power plant performance. Develop scripts and workflows (Python) to streamline data processing, model performance, and create visualizations. Explore AI/ML approaches to improve plant efficiency, flexibility, and availability. Collaborate with senior engineers to document findings and present data-driven recommendations that influence design and efficiency of next-generation infrastructure. Participation includes workshops, technical training, site visits to GE Vernova sites in Switzerland and France, and a mix of hands-on design, analysis, and cross-functional teamwork.
